Voluntary Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

I, the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as “The Participant”), being of sound mind (for now), do hereby acknowledge, accept, and assume full responsibility for any and all consequences, outcomes, incidents, decisions, communications, purchases, performances, and/or regrettable moments that may occur during or following the consumption of FUCKED UP™.

Section 1 — Scope of Waiver

By signing this document, The Participant releases FUCKED UP and its affiliates from all liability related to, but not limited to:

a) Texting your ex at any hour deemed “too late”

b) Karaoke performances of any genre, quality, or duration

c) Losing your phone, wallet, or dignity before midnight

d) Unsolicited declarations of love, friendship, or both

e) Whatever that thing was at 3am that nobody will speak of again

Section 2 — Acknowledgment

The Participant acknowledges that FUCKED UP is not for the faint of heart, the easily embarrassed, or anyone who values their dignity before midnight. The resulting events, while potentially legendary, are entirely the Participant’s own doing. FUCKED UP accepts no responsibility for the stories that follow.

Section 3 — What You Get

In exchange for signing this completely unofficial document, The Participant receives: early access to FUCKED UP before public launch, an official Waiver ID number (very important, trust us), and the right to say “I was here before everyone else” for the rest of their life. The lower your Waiver ID, the earlier you were. Now let’s get FUCKED UP.
